We consult with health care providers to evaluate and analyze current clinical
practice policies, guidelines and processes. Emphasis is placed upon focused
resource allocation specifically addressing issues of staff selection, training,
education, clinical competency, auditing, and benchmark metric review as all
relate to patient safety and well-being.
We represent patients only after an in-depth client interview, a medical record
investigation with critical review, multi-specialty literature research, initial
consultation with appropriate medical experts and a formal analysis of the relevant
legal issues. After this review, we then accept only a small percentage of personal
injury medical negligence cases. We believe in professional but aggressive
advocacy for our clients. We will attempt to settle each case but we firmly believe
in the absolute need of ongoing active case development and preparation for trial.
Therefore we accept only a restricted active caseload of legal clients at any given
time.
